After some small talk, Dean asked me "What type of vehicle are you here to see?" With my reply of Ford Edge - Used he politely said Glen is your man. That made an impression on me, I didn't feel like I was being watched by vultures. In my opinion Dean resembled Humility and that isn't seen often at auto dealerships. Glen asked me a few more specifics and off we went to take a closer look. I narrowed my choices down to 2 vehicles and then explained that my wife was shopping across the way and I would be back a little later. Glen said, "Sounds Great, If I'm not out front just asked that someone locate me." Shook my hand and Off I went. Upon return my wife and I headed to the 2 per-selected vehicles and complete our own review and single choices to one. I then headed for the building and was met by Glen who had keys in hand. Explained we only needed one and he said "Great". We walked back up to vehicle where I stepped back and Glen then politely and with knowledge presented the vehicles features to my wife. She appreciated Glen's Kindness and Knowledge of the vehicle. We took a Test Drive and upon the completion told Glen we wanted to think it over. Sounds Great and Thank You for stopping. Next day we called Glen presented an Offer. Within 5 mins he was back in touch with Approval. My wife completed the Credit Application on line, Called Glen back to confirm receipt "All is Great". By the time we arrived at dealership all paperwork was complete, vehicle cleaned and full tank of gas. Shortly into the Finance Office to review & sign documents. Out the door in 1 hour. AMAZING !!! Amazingly positive car buying experience! I had been searching for a 2016 F250 Lariat, 6.2L gas with specific features. Local dealers (Springfield, IL) could not find one. Through USAA Car Buy I had been searching for a 2016 F250 Lariat, 6.2L gas with specific features. Local dealers (Springfield, IL) could not find one. Through USAA Car Buying Service, I was connected to a dealer in MO that found the truck I wanted. I drove down on Friday (98 miles one way) in my trade vehicle to work the deal. They low-balled my trade big time. Unwilling to compromise. Frustrated and irked, I drove home thinking this was not going to happen. Well, Google is your friend. Having the trucks VIN, I found that it was at Two Rivers Ford. Saturday morning I called TRF, spoke with John Qualkinbush, VERY nice and pleasant to talk with. Has that easy mid-south drawl and brotherly/fatherly manner. Sent him info on my trade and a couple of photos. Short time later he called back with an offer that was $2550 above the offer from the MO dealer. We discussed incentives, other numbers and quickly came to a deal I could be happy about. Monday morning I left the house at 4am and drove the 6 hours to Two Rivers Ford. Truck was ready, they evaluated my trade and all the numbers were exactly as we had discussed over the phone. No games, no him-haw. I already had my financing arranged through USAA and they have worked with USAA finance before so it was easy, painless and the best car buying experience I have ever had. I'm 54 years old so this is not my first rodeo in car buying, but it was, by far, the best. Kenny Fitzpatrick handled the signing and paperwork and it was also a great experience. Thank you John Q for an outstanding experience in working this deal and getting me my dream truck with no hassles. I would gladly drive 6 hours to Two Rivers Ford and John Q for another vehicle purchase. More

Kevin really worked hard on a deal that we could all feel good about, and I'm very pleased with my F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab. My wife gave Kevin a list of options she wanted on her next vehicle as we were leaving. One month later Kevin helped us purchase our third vehicle from Two Rivers Ford. We have had a great experience trading with the people at Two Rivers Ford. The sales people know there inventory very well. The service dept does great work and are very prompt. Even the finance people are easy to work with and there's never been any kind of pressure from anyone. As long as Kevin is selling cars and trucks at Two Rivers we'll be buying are vehicles here! Problem was we had just bought a new Explorer in November 2015 and didn't think we could do anything about it. John Q had taken such care of us in November I went to talk to him. He listened with compassion and just said bring it in and lets see what we can do. After an extensive series of test drives she finally found the right vehicle and two days later the pain has declined greatly and the healing is underway. John Q did not push, listened intently to every detail to determine the best solution as he brought car after car until the right one was found. Hats off to you John Q, you are our personal sales expert. Followed through with Reggie making it an excellent experience with a class of humor. More

The men who get the vehicle ready for delivery deserve high praise. There was only a short delay on getting the SUV cleaned up, and they were given no advanced notice. One thing I noticed when the man brought Lonnie the key was that Lonnie went out of his way to thank the man. Good experience all the way around. More
