W I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium from Two Rivers Ford. I can honestly say it was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Wayne Bandy was my salesman and was very professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. He took extra steps to ensure I was fully informed of my purchase and all aspect of their dealership, even introducing me to Chuck Shelton in the Service Department and other staff. He spent a great deal of time with me ensuring I knew all aspects of my car before I left the lot with it. Kenny Fitzpatrick, the Finance Manager, actually made the paperwork aspect of the purchase an enjoyable experience. I will definitely return to Two Rivers Ford in the event I purchase another vehicle, and highly recommend them! More

TURN AROUND AND RUN FOR YOUR LIFE I wish I didn't even have to give 1 star. I'm pretty simplistic and easy to please... kind of like if you pay $32,000 for a 2013 jeep you expect it to I wish I didn't even have to give 1 star. I'm pretty simplistic and easy to please... kind of like if you pay $32,000 for a 2013 jeep you expect it to not break down 2 payments later. After calling dean the salesman (mr. No personality) and general manager tommy while sitting on the side of the road after they ensured me my vehicle I purchased was in new excellent working condition I have to say it may be vague that I'm pissed off. The car threw many codes today and they back up 0 of them... I will firmly believe they knew the car had issues when I purchased it.. my fault for not purchasing extended warranty tom tom says... no sir my fault for not running like xxxx when I got the feeling you were a lying spineless jellyfish taking advantage of me and not standing behind your 2 month old sell. Way to keep customers. I'll end this with these last words. Just go somewhere else. ... SERIOUSLY. More
