Absolutely exceptional. Everything I could ever have hoped for. In my search to purchase a new vehicle, this location was the third car dealership my wife and I traveled to. Everything I could ever have hoped for. In my search to purchase a new vehicle, this location was the third car dealership my wife and I traveled to. We worked with employee Frank Snipes. Immediately upon contacting him we both felt at ease and re-assured that Frank wasn't just trying to make a sale. In fact, he told us several times that if he could not make us happy, he wanted us to leave, and that we deserved only what we wanted. The employees are non-commissioned and it definitely shows. No tricks, no desperation, just two people coming to a fair agreement. That's pretty cool, I think. At the onset, we picked out a particular vehicle that we wanted, however we wanted a set of tires that were on another vehicle. As it turned out, that simply wasn't a possibility. We then found another vehicle on the lot, priced higher, but with the tires I wanted. I won't get into the amount, but we were unwilling to pay the price for the second vehicle. Frank went above and beyond and basically matched the price of the lower vehicle to make US happy. I left with a new car and have absolutely no buyer's regret. I KNOW that I got a good deal, and I don't feel taken advantage of in the least. I drove the exact car I wanted off the lot, plus some. The car lot is amazing, and Frank is exceptional. As an added bonus, the first tank of gas is on the car lot. If that wasn't enough, Frank was aware that we had been to two other lots and were beginning to get hungry. Instead of driving our new vehicle to Mapco to get the gas, he drove his personal vehicle to the Mapco and we followed. While saving only a small amount of time, it speaks volumes about Frank and his outlook on customers. I really cannot say enough good things about this location or Frank. I felt like I was buying a car from a family member. If you are buying a new vehicle, please go here. I can't imagine ever going to another car dealership. You will NOT regret it. I'm doing this review ONLY because I believe in Frank and Two Rivers Ford Inc. More

We had seen an Escape at Two Rivers like the one we tried to buy earlier. I made an appointment from the website and submitted a credit app. When we got there Abe was there to greet us and helped us learn about the car. He made sure we had a good test drive to make sure we liked the ride and everything was right with the car. I told him what I wanted for my trade and in 15 minutes the deal was done, and I saved a ton. Reggie in finance was pleasant and has a good sense of humor. He made committing to monthly payments almost pleasant. Abe took care of the cleanup and filled it with gas. Old school service right there. I definitely will buy another car there and will give there service a shot, even if it is 25 miles away. More

I met Frank one week prior while having my 2008 F350 Super Duty serviced, and I explained to him that I was wanting to go down in truck size since I no longer needed the F350. Long story short, I purchased the new truck from Two Rivers. I was very pleased with the experience, I am a "seasoned" citizen, so its not my first (hopefully not my last...) rodeo... Keywords: Professional, courteous, responsive, fair, friendly And oh not to mention I got a heck of a good deal on the truck and a fair trade value for my previous truck. Frank Snipes, Tommy Crockett, and Kenny Fitzpatrick were all helpful, and efficient in completing the sales transaction. Why did I give them 5 stars?? because there was not a place to give 6 stars... The entire process was conducted over phone and email, and Joel was patient every step of the way, answering all my questions, and drawing up the contract quickly and accurately. Fair business practices and fair price makes for one happy repeat customer. I will recommend for anyone that needs to purchase extended premium warranty for their FORD vehicles. More

I purchased my last six automobiles via the internet from different dealerships in Alabama, but recently purchasing an F-150 from Two Rivers Ford was truly effortless. If you are in the market for a Ford, call Two Rivers Ford and ask for Doc. I was impressed with Doc from moment I began speaking to him on the phone. Doc is an extremely personable individual that demonstrated professionalism and genuine concern in assisting me in purchasing a vehicle. Doc was never deceptive or misleading and demonstrated EXCELLENT knowledge. I NEVER had second thoughts about buying a vehicle from Doc or Two Rivers Ford and I know I got a GREAT deal. Doc is truly a great ambassador for Two Rivers Ford. Promote Doc immediately! Just when my wife and I thought our purchasing experience could not get any better, Doc introduces us to Reggie, the Finance Manager. UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE We have no idea even where to start with this review!!! We have been shopping for a vehicle for about a year now and have been to quite a few diffe We have no idea even where to start with this review!!! We have been shopping for a vehicle for about a year now and have been to quite a few different dealerships from Lebanon to Nashville. We will not use names etc. but were NOT happy with our results from most of these places. They were so pushy and didn't seem to care to find out exactly what vehicle would suit our needs. When we did find a vehicle that we liked....they walked away to check on price and what we would get for a trade-in and they left us sitting there for almost an hour. This is just one of the examples of terrible customer service we had received! When we pulled up on the lot of Two Rivers....we were given the chance to look at a few vehicles and we not swarmed by sales agents. (Which we LOVED)! Then after we looked around a little then Abe Khan came out and was so friendly and genuine! He asked questions to find out what we would like and what would work for us. My husband thought we were going to trade in for another Ford Fusion but I was looking more at the Ford Escape. Abe showed us the S, SE and Titanium.....he did NOT push us towards one or the other!!! I was so indecisive and couldn't make up my mind....so he says "after what you have told me, I think I know what you might like"......so he goes behind the dealership and drives a beautiful Red Ford Escape SE right in front of us!!! We were SOLD! He took time to see what we wanted and our taste....he DID NOT rush us or sway us one way or another, at all! After we decided EXACTLY what we wanted....it went so smooth from there also. Abe worked with us to get a good trade-in price and our payment to fit our budget and then Kenny (in the financing dept) made it as easy as possible and explained EVERYTHING to us! They were so efficient and made us feel so comfortable still and did not push extra warranties etc. (We ended up purchasing an extra warranty but not because we were coaxed.....only because of how it was explained! We went to Two Rivers.....NOT PLANNING on buying a vehicle that day.....and just doing more research and looking to see what they had. BUT with the friendly, non-pushy, considerate agents and staff......we drove a 2016 Red Ford Escape SE off the lot!!!!!! We are so thankful and pleased with the customer service we received and will ALWAYS shop at Two Rivers and will recommend Two Rivers in Mt. Juliet to everyone!!!!!!!
