He and the rest of his team did an amazing job of making sure that the whole process from start to finish was stress-free, and he worked intently with me to make sure we could arrive at a deal that worked well for me. It took more time for the car to get filled up, cleaned, and ready for me to drive off, than it took us to talk numbers and sign the deal. Very pleased! I've been stressing and dreading the day I had to replace my venerable 2001 Focus that had over 210k miles on it, but Abe and the team at Two Rivers Ford made this deal today so smooth that I was able to sit back and enjoy the excitement of getting a new car, and with such a great deal that won't cause me any stress. The finance department is funny and professional and the service is fantastic. He made the entire truck buying experience very simple, easy to understand, and made us feel like family. I have to say I used to dread going on car lots and talking to salespeople who treat you like a number or "prescreen" your financial credentials before you even test drive to see if your worth the effort. Not any more, from the service staff, management, other salespeople, etc they all were very nice and helpful. Stuart asked us questions and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable with the electronics and how tos for the vehicle and even showed me things we could do with my 2015 Ford Explorer I didn't even buy from him! If was definitely worth the drive up and they have a huge selection that he was very willing to show us and take the time with us we needed to make our selection. Perfection!! More
