This was my first oil change and they made me feel very calm and welcome. The staff was very friendly and when I first got there a staff member opened the door for me and led me to the service desk. Then they led me to a waiting room which was nice and quiet. I really enjoyed being able to sit and enjoy myself with free wi-fi. They didn't take too long and they washed my car as well as topping off all the fluids my car needed. They also fixed my tire pressure and all of it was all in the original price they told me over the phone. I left feeling confident about going to the next oil change I needed and I will definitely be returning to this Kia!

I called and got an appointment right away. Dee was very friendly and helpful. I needed a ride to work and she got me there on time. The maintenance was completed in a timely manner and Dee offered to send a car to pick me up to get my car. Great experience! I love my new Kia and the service department and staff in Fort Collins, Colorado are amazing!

"Did Tynan’s KIA dealership do me wrong?"

I took my 2009 vehicle in for an oil change. I was informed that I had a “leak” & a new clamp was put on the hose. They said I should get a radiator flush & I said that would be okay. Two days later (back in Cheyenne) where I reside I noticed drops of antifreeze under my car. I made an appointment with the KIA dealership in Cheyenne, WY to check out what was going on. This was a Friday afternoon, less than a week after the radiator flush was completed at Tynan’s. I was told that it was “leaking” antifreeze and my vehicle needed a NEW radiator & new hoses & whatever else to replace the old one. What gives ???

My Sportage looked pretty spiffy with its new shiny coat. I assume you changed the oil and all that because you said you did at no cost to me the best part. Thank you for the excellent service. I wanted to talk to the financial lady. She was not there. A salesman told me he would have her call me. She has not.

"Concerning repairs "

Took my car in for a recall repair, service was fast and I had my car back in about 30min however when I got home I found they took the center console apart. When putting it back together they caught the head of my charger cable behind the front that snaps together on the console therefore my cable was stuck in place, luckily I had taken the console apart before and I was able to get it out myself but found that the head of the cable was now broken. I also found they left a screw out which was sitting on the floor board. All in all it wasn't the end of the world but shows very poor service not to mention they where repairing my air bag system which after seeing their work makes me concerned for my safety.
