The first was at Empire Nissan back in 2015 our experience was phenomenal the last time we 2nd Leaf purchase I have bought from the Twins in 4 years. The first was at Empire Nissan back in 2015 our experience was phenomenal the last time we worked together (one of them even brought my wife's new leaf directly to the house for a test drive) and everything was a piece of cake from there. So she stayed in contact with them on Facebook. Seems they just always go above and beyond in our experience. We drove to the dealership in 2 cars not thinking it all the way through. So ounce again our car was delivered STRAIGHT TO OUR DOOR in Lafayette, Colorado!!! JUST AMAZING!!! Thanks guys see you in a few years I am sure of that!!! More

I called earlier in the week and was given an “appointment” for 9:30am, but when I showed up on time, I waited 20 minutes just to talk to someone. Then they were rude and said it was first come, “appointment” for 9:30am, but when I showed up on time, I waited 20 minutes just to talk to someone. Then they were rude and said it was first come, first serve, and would be several hours. Don’t mislead people. I would have shown up at 8am if I knew that was the case. I also felt they gave a very high quote ($330). I later did some research online suggesting the same service should be less than half that. Ended up going to Les Schwab and they were able to get one of the caps off on the spot at no cost. I question Nissan’s effort level. More

I brought my vehicle in because of a shaking steering wheel. It was found that I needed a brake job. They were able to get the brakes done the same day plus get me a loaner! Thanks Adnon, Ian & Evan! They did not seem customer focused. They would not accept a wire transfer. After a delay in getting a cashier's check, we could not pick up the vehicle immediately even though the dealership was open (our sa a wire transfer. Then a week later they requested that we return to the dealership and resign paperwork due to their error. (They did not offer to express mail the paperwork.) More
