The service department was total crap. They lied to me about fixing my car. My oil change was successful, however the experience wasn’t the most pleasant. When I went for my first oil change with them after getting my car from them, I was expecting to pay for the oil change. I wasn’t the most pleasant. When I went for my first oil change with them after getting my car from them, I was expecting to pay for the oil change. I instead was told I had 3 free oil changes and I had just used one. I was given a physical receipt and a card stating how many oil changes I had left. When I returned this week to get my 2nd oil change I realized that I had lost my card stating that I had 2 free oil changes left. When I got there I let the gentleman that was working there know that I had lost the card and I was willing to pay. He had no idea what I was talking about and told me that I didn’t have free oil changes as they “don’t offer that”. I understand that I lost the card, I take responsibility for that. However, I don’t understand why there’s nothing in their system to log things like this. I did end up getting the oil change for free but was told they don't typically offer free oil changes because free oil changes aren’t in contracts. That’s obviously a lie. My family has now purchased 4 cars from them and they definitely offer free oil changes. I’m grateful that they do this, the just need to all get on the same page. More
