I needed recall work done on an older Xterra. The process of creating an appointment online was very simple and intuitive, and the person with whom I worked (Adnan Hassan) was polite, personable, and informe of creating an appointment online was very simple and intuitive, and the person with whom I worked (Adnan Hassan) was polite, personable, and informed. When they found an additional issue, I received a simple message that explained the issue, the cost, and allowed me to accept or decline the fix in an online UI, without any pressure from them. At no point did I feel the usual “spend! spend! spend!” stress that so many people associate with mechanics and having work done on their vehicle. When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle, I likely would have bought another Nissan anyways, but now I will definitely go to Tynan’s first. More
