Came in with car having lots of different things going on. It was determined we needed a new engine. I made an appointment for 1:30. I was told the work would take 30 minutes ( to replace the “recalled” Airbag). Everyone was exceptionally nice! The waiting room was neat and clean. I was told the work would take 30 minutes ( to replace the “recalled” Airbag). Everyone was exceptionally nice! The waiting room was neat and clean. After 30 minutes my car was repaired and waiting in the parking lot next to the street. Because it was a “recall”, there was no charge for the repair, and I was on my way home! I was wary, because of the recall, and I had a 30 minute drive to get there, and I am 82, but if I had another recall, I would see these fellows again in a heartbeat! More

Everyone there was very helpful and polite, which is hard to come by these days. I went to another location to get service and I was turned away because I use a lease for a company car.
