Didn't even bring my tires up to min when checked and rotated and one new tire put on and had to return causing me a hassle when check tires goes off as I was leaving to go out of town the next day. I always have appreciated Tynan’s service but can’t believe in these times that employees are not wearing masks and social distancing. Worst service experience ever. Never going back. Took in a flat tire that I had purchased in November because it was still under warranty. When I got there they said it would take 45 and a quick fix. After the 45 minutes, the guy comes back and says that they can’t fix it yet because there is other damage and he has to resubmit the warranty paper work because it looks like I caused the damage. When I explained to the service guy that this was the second time the tire had a flat, he tried to argue with me that the tires had been rotated and it was a different tire but then I told him that it was the same tire because they did not rotate it the tires because they could not get them off less then a month ago due to a broken stud ( which I fixed on my own and it was not broken just put on wrong BY THE SAME place). When I told the service tech, he seemed surprised by the news but continued to argue with me that the tire damage was my fault. He said that I could drive the DAMAGED tire home (with my baby in the car) to wait to see if the tire would be covered by the warranty. Not surprisingly, he came back and said it was not covered and I had to buy a new one. So three hours later I left with a new tire. When I got back in the car, nothing had been washed and the steering wheel felt gross. This was by far the worst service experience I have ever had there and I will not be returning and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. More
