I was VERY disappointed to see that NONE of the service department personnel (including the Service Manager) were wearing face masks. When I entered the facility I read the Colorado COVID requirements pos department personnel (including the Service Manager) were wearing face masks. When I entered the facility I read the Colorado COVID requirements posted on the entry doors that clearly stated “All employees are required to wear a mask”. When the Service Mgr told me that requirement was no longer in effect I suggested he might remove the posting. COVID is still with us and every medical expert and most government leaders continue to encourage the wearing of masks, especially indoors. Employees at virtually every business I visit require their employees wear masks where customers are present. I am 74 years old and classified as “vulnerable”. Employees wearing masks are doing so protect customers, not employees. More
