I called earlier in the week and was given an “appointment” for 9:30am, but when I showed up on time, I waited 20 minutes just to talk to someone. Then they were rude and said it was first come, “appointment” for 9:30am, but when I showed up on time, I waited 20 minutes just to talk to someone. Then they were rude and said it was first come, first serve, and would be several hours. Don’t mislead people. I would have shown up at 8am if I knew that was the case. I also felt they gave a very high quote ($330). I later did some research online suggesting the same service should be less than half that. Ended up going to Les Schwab and they were able to get one of the caps off on the spot at no cost. I question Nissan’s effort level. More

My main complaint is that you can't make an appointment for service. There's nothing "Express" about having to wait versus having an appointment. I've complained about this before to no avail.
