Richard was great. Very professional and quick! I had a warranty issue on my emergency brake. Richard was able to get the new part in the next day and kept in contact with me the entire time. Poor customer service I will never return to Tynan’s Nissan Aurora. My car has had issues since the day I took it in for maintenance and the supervisor Rich was no help at I will never return to Tynan’s Nissan Aurora. My car has had issues since the day I took it in for maintenance and the supervisor Rich was no help at all. I explained that his team pushed my car into their garage for a routine oil change and since the appointment I’ve called 3 times with no reply. I let him know the cars gear shift has been getting stuck in park since that day. His response was we don’t own the car you do. He offered nothing but to charge $140 diagnostic fee plus whatever replacement/ labor needed to be done. Clearly he needs customer service training with such a nasty response. As a supervisor he didn’t even bother to investigate why my car was pushed into their garage or who serviced the vehicle. After years of service with Tynan’s I am done. More
