My customer service rep was great and ultimately the quality of the work is good, but the amount of time it took to do the work was horrendous. They need more technicians and a new process. I booked an appointment months in advance and then my car took over 3 weeks to fix. More

I arrived 20 minutes before the Xpress shop was due to close with a rear tire that was leaking air. Turns out I had run over a nail. They didn't think it would be fixable before closing time but they did close with a rear tire that was leaking air. Turns out I had run over a nail. They don’t have any loaner cars for the time when our vehicle is in the shop for days. If they don’t understand a question or request they make up a reason/lie. Their mechanics are not careful and have brown handles and when the car returns they blame it on the junk/ food residue on the floor/track system. The handles are on top of the seat and they blame the breakage on the racks under the seats. Things of that sort. More
