4 of the 5 times I have been to service they were extremely nice, professional, and took extra care and detail to my car. The one other time they were extremely nice but quality of my car was fair (l extremely nice, professional, and took extra care and detail to my car. I have been taking my 2014 TIGUAN to Tynan’s service department ever since I purchased it. I think a car is a big investment and I want mine to run as close to brand new as possible, so I take it to thi department ever since I purchased it. I think a car is a big investment and I want mine to run as close to brand new as possible, so I take it to this dealer for them to keep it in the best shape. Before I take a road trip I bring it in for a safety check. During this check they found that my serpentine belt had a crack in it. Nothing like having a mechanic find these things rather than having the belt fail while you’re on the road. They got the service done very quickly and of course I had the car washed after all the service. I find their staff friendly, courteous, and experienced. I will continue to take my car back there as long as I own it. More

They were honest, everyone there was so helpful and friendly.. I was there for a little longer than they had said, but the service lady was amazing, she keep coming over and checking on me, and she eve friendly.. I was there for a little longer than they had said, but the service lady was amazing, she keep coming over and checking on me, and she even brought me a cup full of cheese it's... Which I thought was great! More
