Planned to buy a used VW from this dealer. Dealership is cold - not even an offer of water or coffee before sitting down to complete paperwork. Salesman got Greg Alore to explain what was needed and he was rude and condescending to us blaming us for not being prepared to buy the vehicle. Did not buy vehicle from this dealer - have bought multiple cars in my life - have never worked with a dealership with such disregard for the customer and customer service. Don't waste your money here - they are not worth it and there are better buys elsewhere. I found a great dealership with MUCH better customer service to give my money to. More

I couldn't believe the waiting period to get a diagnostic assessment on my car. This caused me to have to rent a vehicle because they had no loaners. Then once diagnosed it was allegedly fixed. So I know for bonuses only a 5 star review will be acceptable but I had my car there 2 weeks for a part, and my family suffered because I couldnt get a loaner from you. So yeah the work was fine other then the fact it squeaks when i turn the wheel. So i will go elsewhere for the other work i requested because of all of the factors that pissed right the xxxx off.
