Everything from miles was great, he was incredibly knowledgeable and actually showed interest in the cars he was selling. He himself drives a Volkswagen and knows the ins and outs of the vehicles on t knowledgeable and actually showed interest in the cars he was selling. When I came to look at the vehicle I was told an inspection was performed and that may be true on the electrical engine and anything that makes the car safe and go. However very little was done to inspect the way the car was presented. We found a missing armrest cover, a broken center console, a large gash in the bumper (which we didn't see until we brought it home) and dog hair all over the floor of the vehicle. This was a previously leased car and you would think at the minimum the dog hair would have been vacuumed before presenting it to the customer or even posting pictures online. In the end all the defects were items I was either willing to repair or would have fixed through warranty. So I still purchased the vehicle. I just felt very douped when being presented this vehicle and still trying to sell it as if it were in perfect condition. More
