I checked around with 7 other shops and all were within the same price range. I’ve been taking my VW here for service for 5 years. However, if I could review the sales team I would give it one star. I did not work directly with the sales team, I only overheard a conversation between two sales members. The conversation between the two members concerned only targeting people with bad credit for advertisements. The entire conversation sounded predatory and didn’t leave me with a sense that the sales team would have a buyer’s best interest at heart. This type of interaction further leads me to believe that Tesla’s sales model is the future and dealerships are on the way out. More
