They Went Above and Beyond Our son went out to his car in the early morning and noticed he had a flat tire. He found the locking lug nut key but realized he did not have enough Our son went out to his car in the early morning and noticed he had a flat tire. He found the locking lug nut key but realized he did not have enough time to change the tire and make it to his meeting so he borrowed his friend's car. When he returned home to change the tire, he realized that he had misplaced the key to unlock the lug nuts. Although there was some miscommunication with Tynan's when we initially asked for help, Markus Kamm, the sales manager, and Brandon Phifer, the service manager, stepped up and came to the rescue! Brandon sent a service tech to our son's home to unlock the lug nuts and got his flat tire fixed. They also removed all of the locking lug nuts so this wouldn't happen again (he's in a secure building so not much of a threat of someone stealing his tires). We have purchased three Jetta's from Tynan's and wouldn't hesitate to buy another, if and when the time is right. Thank you Markus, Brandon and the whole Tynan's team. More

I love Tynan’s because they are a non pushy company. I went and test drove 2 different VWs to try and figure out which on I liked more then left waited a couple of weeks to get it all figured out.
