as expected I came. They changed the oil. I left. and that was it. I assumed they changed the oil . I have been coming here for many years. (check your records) 3 I came. They changed the oil. (check your records) 3x's they forgot to subtract the coupon ( on 3 different occasions) from my bill. Another time, the handle to the back door on the driver side was missing. They did replace it. And another time it took them 3x's to put the correct amount of mileage on the sticker for my next oil change, Ever time I come in, the quality is subject to be aware of. And so it goes... More
