The salesman was very good with the deal of the new car, the bad thing was that in the deal, almost 4-5 different contracts and insurances were added with out my concern. the reason people don't like used car salesmen I made a deal to buy this 2017 Impala if the car had; a spare key, fixed the door handle, and frontend alignment. The salesman said that the mechanics I made a deal to buy this 2017 Impala if the car had; a spare key, fixed the door handle, and frontend alignment. The salesman said that the mechanics would fix the door handle and frontend alignment and he would make sure I got a spare key. I got the alignment, but I had to have the door handle fixed and someone at the dealer (Jared) told me that they would split the cost and the money was in the mail. Needless to say, I ate the $265.00 (instead of $165) and the check never arrived. The car was good, my wife loves it. The salesmen and dealership are the reason why people can't trust car salesmen. I would never send anyone to this car dealership, even if I didn't like them. Tynan's don't deserve my business. More
