They never actually fix anything and they always try to charge thousands of dollars and tell you the warranty won’t cover the repair. I LOVED working with them. I have several bad experiences at other VW Dealerships and they by far exceeded my expectations. I did not have to wait to get an appointment with the service advisor and then get at other VW Dealerships and they by far exceeded my expectations. I did not have to wait to get an appointment with the service advisor and then get an additional appointment for the mechanic to look at it which is what I’ve had to do at other places. Tom and the rest of the staff went out of their way to contact my warranty company and just overall get everything repaired as quickly as possible.
