Volkswagen charges so much more labor then the actual products. It is unbelievable. If I'm paying more for labor than anything else then I might just go to other dealers to fix a small issue on my car fo products. It is unbelievable. The staff is excellent. The waiting area for service is always clean. However, this dealership is always freezing.
