I have been coming to Tyana’s since we moved here about three years ago. I have always had an amazing experience and they have always been great with customer service. This last visit was different and not three years ago. I have always had an amazing experience and they have always been great with customer service. This last visit was different and not a great experience. The representative that worked with seemed annoyed the entire time that I was there and she didn’t have the same customer interaction. When I arrived to check in, she went to check my car and had me stand at the desk when she returned she said ok and didn’t review pricing, what the service details were, she didn’t give me an estimated time frame or anything. So I went and sat in the waiting room, I got there at 8:15am after waiting awhile and not getting an update which I normally get from someone or can see it on the screen. I went down to check in on everything at 11am and it still was to be another hour. Which I normally would have been ok with if I knew how long it was going to be in the beginning. Again I wasn’t told what the total would be until I came back to pick up my car. Very different experience than I have ever had here and I was very taken back by it. I will be sure to work with a different representative next time. More

This was a pleasant. They located the vehicle in the color I wanted and brought it to Aurora. After I got a courtesy oil change because the car had been sitting for a while in the lot. Fantastic service last repair. Upfront and honest assessment of the problem meant even thou it was a worse case scenario I never felt suprised or caught off guard.
