Wrong Key I came to the building wanting a copy of my car key. I order a key and am asked if I want a key with buttons or a plain key. I want a plain key. Tom, I came to the building wanting a copy of my car key. I order a key and am asked if I want a key with buttons or a plain key. I want a plain key. Tom, one of the men who worked there, told me to come back the next day because that’s when the part would come. I came the next day and was told it wouldn’t be here until two fridays from now. But, I get a call the second Thursday from Tom and am told the key is here. I come and only one of the key parts are there the other one will be there the next day. So, the lady is really nice and has someone get the part so I don’t have to drive again the next day. In two hours the key is finally ready, but it was the key with buttons, not a plain key. So, with all that the only reason I gave less than five stars is because I ended up paying one hundred dollars more for a key I didn’t want. More
