First great experience with a dealership I’ve purchased ~10 cars in my life and this was the first pleasant experience. I emailed all VW dealerships in CO front range with a very explicit req I’ve purchased ~10 cars in my life and this was the first pleasant experience. I emailed all VW dealerships in CO front range with a very explicit request. Tynans was one of three that actually read the request and responded accordingly (all dealers responded but most clearly did not read or care about my needs). Tynans (John and Stephen) responded promptly and very specifically; there were absolutely no “games” played and they treated me very fairly, openly, and honestly. The finance person (Mike?) was very similar. All in all, trading in a car, purchasing a new one, and financing it was incredibly simple, for a change. I will go directly to Tynans next time that I need a car. If you think that this review sounds too positive to be true, you’re wrong. It’s completely true and I’m trying to be very honest and thorough as something of a repayment for a first-ever pleasant car buying experience. More

Another great experience at Tynan’s service center The Tynans service center does all the maintenance and repair on my 2014 Tiguan. I also have them replace my tires, as necessary. This visit to the se The Tynans service center does all the maintenance and repair on my 2014 Tiguan. I also have them replace my tires, as necessary. This visit to the service center was just for a tire repair and check up. In addition to fixing the tire and checking the other tires for any needed repair they washed the exterior of my car and cleaned up the floor mats. Every time I drive my car out of the service center it looks and drives like a brand new car. The service staff is friendly and knowledgeable and keeps me informed of the progress of the repair work. I can’t think of any reason to take my car anywhere else but Tynans. More

Guys we’re awesome!!! Service was great!! I came in to get my headlight replaced. The wait was a little over an hour and they even washed and filled up my fluids. Good job Service was great!!
