Warranty work I was supposed to have my car get an intake manifold fixed. I was told it would be a four hour job. It turned out they needed two days to even get to I was supposed to have my car get an intake manifold fixed. I was told it would be a four hour job. It turned out they needed two days to even get to it after I made the appointment, and even then they didn’t call me to say it was done. I had to come back twice to get the car after they didn’t know it was done the first time. Bad lack of communication. More

I called Tom in service slightly panicking as my engine light had come on! I knew I was overdue for my 80k service. He made an appointment for me & told me approximately what the cost would be. Letting me know as well of coupons on their website! He had a loaner vehicle all ready for me so I could get to work the next day. My car was ready to role the next afternoon, everything fixed & was even less than what I was expecting to pay! Thank You Tynans for being honest, trustworthy, helpful, friendly & accommodating!
