Good service again however Another good service done by this location, however the first guy I was working with was very rude. I said a simply good morning and he doesn't reply, Another good service done by this location, however the first guy I was working with was very rude. I said a simply good morning and he doesn't reply, than said what do you want? I said here for my 50k service and he didn't respond just started typing. He than asked for name and # and went to take pictures and check in the vehicle. After that the air filter for the engine isn't included in that service I than had asked him if they could do that as well and he acting very confused and rude like I didn't know what I was talking about. After a few minutes going back and forth I said never mind. He than said you mean the air filter?? I replied yes, what I've been saying for the last few minutes. After that, service was excellent car was done in a timely manner for the work being done, prices a bit high but the quick service guy was able to get me a coupon which helped greatly. Will be back just want to deal with someone who understands my needs. More

However, at Tynan's, I've only dealt with kind, professional people that seem to truly want the customer to have a positive experience. I highly recommend doing business with them. More
