New car purchase! I will have to say that the pre-sales contact with sales rep and management was far above my expectations. Very professional and polite as well as kno I will have to say that the pre-sales contact with sales rep and management was far above my expectations. Very professional and polite as well as knowledgeable. Unfortunately things fell apart when my vehicle was delivered to my home with no cleaning or prep work done to the vehicle at all. Also it was missing a temp tag and registration paperwork which ended up taking a week to get and only due to the fact that I drove to the dealership to retrieve it. Attention to vehicle prep before delivery definitely needs to be addressed. More
