Online scheduling needs updating! I was rather disappointed the first time I came in. I scheduled my service online for 4:45 pm and received a confirmation email. When I showed up they I was rather disappointed the first time I came in. I scheduled my service online for 4:45 pm and received a confirmation email. When I showed up they told me that they take the last car at 4 pm, it seemed as though several employees were pushing the issue on to each other and I was left standing there not knowing what was going on. Finally someone explained to me that the usually don’t take appointment for oil changes and that something was wrong with the website which is why I was still able to schedule an appointment for 4:45 even though you don’t take cars after 4. He also said that oil changes are more of a first come first serve kind of thing which would be fine but why was I able to set the appointment for that time and even so why couldn’t someone call and let me know this? My mom also gets her vehicle service at this location and she was able to make an appointment for an oil change no problem. They let me know that they take the last car around 4 and there were no technicians in to help but then on the website it says the service department closes at 6? I did have a better experience when I came in as a walk in and I do appreciate that, however the online scheduling needs to be updated and I did not appreciate the way it was handled the first time. More

Fast, helpful, honest I only trust Tynan’s VW with my Jetta. They will take care of the work requested and check out any issues I have had with my car. Replacement for 1999 Cabrio I have had great experiences with Tynans Service for 17+ years and when the Cabrio started having electrical problems, I decided to look at a newer ve I have had great experiences with Tynans Service for 17+ years and when the Cabrio started having electrical problems, I decided to look at a newer vehicle. My initial salesperson was Edwin Burton, and he was a new, but he was most responsive to us. Then the Sales management got involved without explanation and pretty much pressured me to purchase a 2013 Bettle, which I would have liked to think about because of the money involved and I'm retired. When I started to drive the stick shift Beetle, I had problems with the clutch because I have neuropathy in my feet and legs. I took the car back and Tynan would exchange with me, but at a $5000 hit. We negotiated that down to $4000, but it still hurt. Immediately Sales started the pressure of putting me I another car and they came up with a 2015 Passet, but they wouldn't let me drive it because of a cracked windshield. They pressured me to sign the papers saying I would be totally satisfied when the repairs were done and the car certified.The tires were questionable , they would review. Tynan didn't replace the tires and the front tire are approaching bald. When I came to get the car, tye certifiation showed the tires and wipers as acceptable More
