Service visit My wife took the car in for service Saturday morning and she got the car back in about an hour. Saturday afternoon I took the car to the store and on My wife took the car in for service Saturday morning and she got the car back in about an hour. Saturday afternoon I took the car to the store and on the way home it started to rain. When I turned on the wipers the blade was falling apart and I had trouble seeing out the windshield. I do not understand why they didn't check a basic safety item like wipers and sell her new ones. What else was skipped? Instead of relying on my wife and her remembering what she was and wasn't told I should have reviewed the written report. That is my bad. More

Great experience with my repair! I came in to drop my car off. I had spoke with Mark about getting a loaner car and he assured me that wouldn’t be a problem. I came in and was instant I came in to drop my car off. I had spoke with Mark about getting a loaner car and he assured me that wouldn’t be a problem. I came in and was instantly asked how I could be helped. The service representative pulled up my information and got my car all checked in. Mark then got the loaner for me and I was off on my way. Throughout the time when my car was being repaired, mark remained constant contact with me letting me know what was going on. I got my car back and returned the loaner having no issues with either!
