Sales rep positive..finance rep frustrating The sales rep Lirim was great to work with and took the time to answer our questions; however the finance rep Chris knew very little about the cost be The sales rep Lirim was great to work with and took the time to answer our questions; however the finance rep Chris knew very little about the cost benefits of the maintenance plan he wanted to sell us (buy prepaid service) and included undisclosed charges in our purchase of a new car. While we accepted the vehicle, the cost seemed off by 300-400 dollars..which I verified that evening with a calculator. It took a week of back and forth questioning of some simple math and a dedicated effort to get Chris to admit the source of the hidden cost, Apex $366.00..an accessory not called out anywhere on any sales information. Clearly appears the dealer attempted to pass along the cost of a system we did not agree to purchase which was not disclosed anywhere on the car fact sheet or pricing. While Chris did agree to remove the extraneous cost and we resigned a new contract a week later, he was steadfast that this was part of the deal as all cars come equipped with Apex..so it sounds like common Tynan practice to charge customers in this way without disclosing the extra cost above baseline price...bottom line we have little confidence in Tynan when upcharges are included without buyer notifcation. I gave 2 stars vice 1 as Chris agreed to remove the unwarranted charge once it was acknowledged. More

VW wouldn’t start About two weeks after one of my kids left the interior lights on in our car, it decided not to start. I didn’t know if it was the starter or battery. About two weeks after one of my kids left the interior lights on in our car, it decided not to start. I didn’t know if it was the starter or battery. They quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the battery all while giving my vehicle a complete look over. I highly recommend them! More

Fantastic customer service from Mark I came into the service center because my check engine light went on. I spoke with mark a few days before and he informed me what the costs would be a I came into the service center because my check engine light went on. I spoke with mark a few days before and he informed me what the costs would be and how my warranty would effect that if it was covered. I was at the service center right at 7am and mark helped me right away. He knew I had to get to work so he helped speed up the process of getting my car checked out to see if it would be a long repair or something quick. He then told me since I could drive with the car how it is currently that I can set an appointment up for next week when a loaner was available, even if it was just a couple hour fix so that I could get back and forth to work easily. I have never been more impressed with someone’s customer service then Marks. He was so helpful and accommodating. More
Everybody we have encountered goes out of their way! Don't get me wrong. I don't like to have to bring my car in but these guys truly make it easy. They listen to me.
