Mark was incredible and communicated very effectively every step of the way, which is rare these days. He communicated directly with VWOA, got the repairs approved and had the car fixed and ready to go the very same day. I honestly could not be happier with my experience at Tynans. Give Mark and Brandon raises immediately and don't ever let them leave, because you'll never find anyone else even remotely as good to replace them. More

After some deliberation, we found the car that would work well for our family, and decided to purchase. Price and options aligned and we got a decent trade in on our aging Honda. Once agreed upon, we had some issues with clearing the process for a credit check, as we had locked it on all credit agencies. unlocked it, paid the stupid fee to Trans union, aka TU (which I now believe to be the acronym for totally useless) to unlock our report, but still could not get it to work. Ugh. Now here's the thing, we were ready to pay cash, but the price was (if you can believe it) higher by $1,000.00! So, I decided to drop the purchase. At this point Chase did some work to salvage our business, and got Scott to agree to sell at the same price. Thanks Chase/Scott. So why 4 stars? I think a cash customer ought to be encouraged, not discouraged by price they receive. So while I do commend the guys for working to get the sale done, I think the policy as a dealer needs to change immediately, in favor of cash sales. Would I shop here again? Yes. Probably will when we want a replacement for another car. More
Great salesman, bad detailing, I bought a 2017 Alltrack with Javier who was great. What I was very disappointed in was the detailing job. I love my new car but I don’t love that I have to detail the inside myself because of the lack of care taken when the cleaners were supposed to do it. More

Incompetent I left my car with Tynans on May 15th for an engine light and transmission drivability issues. I was told it was the catalytic converter with no time I left my car with Tynans on May 15th for an engine light and transmission drivability issues. I was told it was the catalytic converter with no time frame on getting parts, as for the transmission issue it's random mostly on a cold start or after sitting for 30 minutes. I was on my days off and didn't need a car and Thursday came around I needed transportation mark was kind enough to put me in a beetle. Not enough room for my work gear in that car. I was called on Monday the 21st saying the car was done and the engine light was taken care of. They couldn't find issue with the transmission. The tech brought the car around for me and Holy balls the engine light is still on and tranny is acting up. I drove the car with a tech and we could get the transmission to act up. Mark was again kind enough to put me in a golf still not enough room for my gear. I left my car for the shop t work on and sent Mark a detailed email on what they should be looking for since the techs seem lost at this point. I called this evening Thursday around 530 pm and the writer informed me that it hasn't been in the shop since. So yeah I'm a little pissed at this point. I gave you guys a shot last year selling a new jetta and you messed that up, now you are not winning the service award either. It's grocery week next Tuesday and I have a golf. Guess I can always strap stuff to the roof. More
