At first, I w Within minutes after I had made an internet query regarding trading in my Golf for a Golf GTI, Hayes reached out to me via the internet. At first, I was skeptical I could pull off the trade. After collecting my price point for a payment, information on my Golf TSI, and how much money I could put down - Hayes said he could make it work. As I hadn’t realized this was actually possible, I decided to take the weekend to think it over. That Monday, I received an email from Hayes with the details of the numbers I was seeing. He sent over a photo of the exact GTI trim I wanted that he had in stock. This was possible and very doable! I went down the next day to see if the car was all I hoped it could be. When I arrived, Hayes was waiting with the car keys, the preliminary paperwork, and other forms. He carefully went through the numbers on the sheet, and explained each one. When I did not have my existing car payment details, he patiently let me log into the bank to get the infirmation he needed. He handed me the keys and I took the car for a spin. When I got back and knew I had the car I wanted, we went over the documents again as I signed them. I then had to wait a short while for finance to complete its inquiries and background check. At this point, I must do a compare and contrast. Hayes and the team at Tynan’s knows how to be true professionals. They are responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and provide detailed information for review. The bring the proverbial receipts to back up what they say. The dealer who sold me the Golf I traded in were difficult to reach, switched who I was dealing with constantly, provided documents written in sharpie to me, and made the purchase a week long ordeal! Tynan’s and Hayes made this a breeze. When I asked for more detailed information, official printouts were provided not handwritten notes. When I suggested to finance, we wait for more financing offers to pour in for a better rate they did so and I got the rate I wanted. Rather than receive a finance offer that just had a monthly payment written in for me to sign, they gave me a full print out with all terms of the offer. I did not need to ask for this information like I had to in the past - they were open about it. Once all the finance paperwork was done and signed, I received a USB jump drive with all the documents. As I waited for the car to be detailed, Hayes walked me through the steps I needed to take with my insurance and the DMV process as I was still new to Colorado. When the car was ready Hayes helped my transfer things in my old car to the new one. He handed me the binder of documents and congratulated me. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted faster than I expected. I had been bringing my old car to Tynan’s for servicing since I moved to CO and had been very satisified. After dealing with Hayes and the rest of their professional team, I highly recommend Tynan’s. Hayes was super responsive and worked with me throughout the process to find the point we were both happy. The team knows their product and how to make sure you get the car you deserve. More

I was having issues with the bank financing the car and Andrew went above and beyond to assist, we did not get done till late that night, Andrew turned around and bought dinner for me. To this date Andrew still, keeps in touch. I was surprised that on 9/9 of this year he texted me Happy Birthday. Yesterday Andrew texted me asking if I knew what day today was. I said is it the day I bought the car? He said yes happy anniversary. I forgot the date but Andrew remembered. Tell me now Isn't that a Sales Representative that cares about the customer.
