Service Department is the best I had to have some major work down on my Jetta and due to cost applied for the service department credit. I applied for 5000 in credit on the weeken I had to have some major work down on my Jetta and due to cost applied for the service department credit. I applied for 5000 in credit on the weekend and when it came back it said approvedso i approved the work to go forward. We did not find out until a week later when all the work was done that they had only approved 2000, putting us in a bind. Ben and Nikki in the service department were great, they recognized that this was not our fault and worked with us to come to a resolution that we were able to afford, giving us some of the work for free. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and have had nothing but trouble. Not only will I continue to frequent Tynan, but would recommend them 100%. More
