Already fragile from the most traumatizing accident of my life I was feeling defeated after visiting 3 VW dealerships and having deplorable interactions. Salesmen trying to offer me assistance as to how, "this whole thing works", referring to the car buying process. What those salespeople didn't realize was that I used to work in the car industry and that all their ignorance was serving was for me to Yelp them on how unprofessional and archaic they were behaving. My last attempt at finding my VW was at Tynan's and I'm beyond thrilled with my experience. I actually made a list to remember all the past cars and Andrew helped me with Lucky 16, the Green Hornet. Andrew was the first salesperson to appreciate my situation and also approach me professionally. His knowledge was nothing short of miraculous and he was incredibly personable as well. Within hours I was in my new Tiguan. My daughter and I named our new Tiguan the Green Hornet, after her dark green color and speed. This is my 16th car to date but my first of many to come from Tynan's. I even met one of the Tynan's while I was there wishing me well. Second to none best car buying experience of my life. Service Department is the best I had to have some major work down on my Jetta and due to cost applied for the service department credit. I applied for 5000 in credit on the weeken I had to have some major work down on my Jetta and due to cost applied for the service department credit. I applied for 5000 in credit on the weekend and when it came back it said approvedso i approved the work to go forward. We did not find out until a week later when all the work was done that they had only approved 2000, putting us in a bind. Ben and Nikki in the service department were great, they recognized that this was not our fault and worked with us to come to a resolution that we were able to afford, giving us some of the work for free. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and have had nothing but trouble. Not only will I continue to frequent Tynan, but would recommend them 100%. More
