I brought my car in and it didn’t even get looked at until a week later. Single mom with only one vehicle for transportation and there were no loaner cars for me to use. It took nearly a month for my ca until a week later. Single mom with only one vehicle for transportation and there were no loaner cars for me to use. It took nearly a month for my car to be fixed. I brought it in for a few issues but the main one is that oil was leaking. My car is still leaking oil from somewhere so it will need to be serviced again. Overall pretty unhappy with the inconvenience and I still have a problem with the car. I’ve had nothing but problems with it since I drove it off the lot even though it was Certified Pre-Owned. I wish I had better things to say about my experience. Staff was friendly at least. More

As a person that knows nothing about cars, I really appreciate the service here. I love my car and it costed me way too much to take any chances with delaying maintenance. I went in for an oil change a appreciate the service here. I love my car and it costed me way too much to take any chances with delaying maintenance. I went in for an oil change and an air filter and thankfully they checked everything else too. There were some important things that needed fixing, including a very expensive and time consuming problem that was still under warranty. I wouldn’t have caught it myself and I’m very grateful they were able to take care of it before the warranty expired. They were also just very nice and not pushy at all. Their coffee machine wasn’t working and one of the office ladies saw me struggling and tan out to help me. She tried to get it working for so long just so I could enjoy a cup. She was so friendly and funny. I just add this piece because it’s really nice to be treated with so much genuine kindness. Having to pay for unexpected maintenance is stressful and the customer service made me feel less anxious. I initially planned to wait in the lounge but when the additional maintenance came up they lent me a car for the day for free. I am really happy with my experience and I plan to always bring my car to this location. Thank you!! More
