I always get great service at this location! The staff are extremely polite and helpful. I am frustrated as I received a coupon for a $79.95 full synthetic oil change, filter and inspection. My bill was $111+ which is far off from what the coupon said. I feel this is false advertising and misleading. I have purchased a vehicle and referred 6 people who have purchased vehicles from Tynans do to my high praise for Tynans VW. I do not think being dishonest to loyal customers is acceptable. I would’ve given 5 stars if not for the false advertising. More
