The Service Department the Manager is Garrett Nye, The Service Advisors are Caruther,Tom,Hassan Bryan and Benny are always very Professional Courteous they all Greet u at door and listen to the customers concerns and go beyond the expectations to meet all needs. They keep the customer updated and answer all the customers questions to resolve whatever the problem is for the customer vehicle to have to be brought into Service Department. I was told that the recall would take 5 hours, and I couldn't get a ride home because of covid. So I walked home. Came back after 5 hours and was told it would be another 2 hours, after 2 hours I couldn't get a ride home because of covid. So I walked home. Came back after 5 hours and was told it would be another 2 hours, after 2 hours I was told that the mechanic took it for a test drive and it was leaking oil, because the gasket was not put on correctly, and it would be another 45 minutes. Looking at the technician analysis Under critical concerns the technician wrote vehicle almost 1 month overdue for oil change according to grease xxxxxx sticker in windshield. Recommend 20,000 miles service. The sticker actually says next oil change is due May 16, 2021. So I'm concerned that not only did the technician not put the gasket on correctly, he can't read either. And under additional service recommendations failed critical concerns everything was marked declined, but no one spoke to me about any of it. More
