I brought my car in for a misfire at 7 am and don’t get my car back until 3 days later for them to give me a false diagnosis saying it was my ecm( engine control module they also replaced my injector wire my car back until 3 days later for them to give me a false diagnosis saying it was my ecm( engine control module they also replaced my injector wire trying to get money from me. I then send my car to a real mechanic and they provide me the correct diagnosis within an hour (it needed up being somthing Volkswagen said was fine) More

Good Service, would recommend that the service desk personnel remind the customers who are getting a trans service that it will more than likely take all day for that service to be done. Benny is awesome! I worked with someone else today, not sure of his name but he was at the Service counter. I received great service on Saturday for my oil change, and was pleasantly surprised with the sure of his name but he was at the Service counter.
