I will only rate the service department. Tom and Cauthen were great to work with when my 2010 Tiguan needed service. Price of service was great too. I checked around with 7 other shops and all were within the same price range. I’ve been taking my VW here for service for 5 years. However, if I could review the sales team I would give it one star. I did not work directly with the sales team, I only overheard a conversation between two sales members. The conversation between the two members concerned only targeting people with bad credit for advertisements. The entire conversation sounded predatory and didn’t leave me with a sense that the sales team would have a buyer’s best interest at heart. This type of interaction further leads me to believe that Tesla’s sales model is the future and dealerships are on the way out. More

Tynan’s VW is the best dealership service I’ve had. I used to go to Mc Donald in Littleton and with all the flashy service entrance I would never go back there. The service is phenomenal but they leave me without fuel more often than not, despite asking to return the loaner with a full tank.
