I had this annoying knock at low speeds in the front of my car some where but I could not narrow it down to the cv joints or tie rods. So your service tech went and got a mechanic to take s short ride to s my car some where but I could not narrow it down to the cv joints or tie rods. So your service tech went and got a mechanic to take s short ride to see what could it be and recreate the sound but you know how that never happens when you want it right. I feel bad because I forget the mechanic's name but he took it back and it all checked out and he double checked the bolts to make sure everything was tight and it was but a bolt or 2 who knew that maybe a 1/4 turn would have made all the difference but he explained how it did and it made plenty of since. I was really impressed by the mechanic even though it was something little as turning a bolt a tad bit more just his technical knowledge explained the reason behind the problem.
