Service department good experience Brand new car that we’ve had for a couple months about 700 miles. Had to purchase a tire as we got a nail and couldn’t be repaired. We took car in for service of tire and mentioned that an error message kept appearing saying instrument cluster service vehicle every 10 seconds. The service department has been great Tom Tran is who we deal with and he’s the most accommodating individual, courteous, and shows concern. This Jetta is our 4th car purchased from Tynan’s. Didn’t expect to have issues with new car. The instrument cluster required replacement. More
