Tynan went above and beyond helping me get my car fixed. Twice in the past year I had mechanical issues with my car and Tynans both times worked with VW to get my car covered under warranty. I enjoy going to this dealership for all my VW needs but this visit was off. When I dropped off my car when the service center opened the service advisor noticed I was hours early. I asked if my car could p this visit was off. When I dropped off my car when the service center opened the service advisor noticed I was hours early. I asked if my car could possibly be worked before my appointment. He said that it would not happen without looking at the schedule. We walked into the service area and he looked at what was on the schedule and said there were several cars in front of my appointment. He could have said he would have to look at the schedule without saying no as soon as I greeted him. When I was notified my car was ready I entered a door near the finance area. The finance advisor said the service area door was in the other part of the building as if it was a bother of entering the incorrect door. I picked up my car and left with not the greatest experience as I had the many times before. More
