Turn car in Thursday. Due to lack of mechanics one sick and 2 in classes car not diagnosed until Monday. When car diagnostics reviewed with me the agent had the wrong milage. had to go out to be sure he had the correct vehicle then call me back. 3 yellow vw bettles in at the same time. Customer service rep mixed up the tickets possiblly??? Rep forget to call me back /text me the vehicle wasn't ready by Friday. I called back to verify. Said I needed a new battery. Battery was 3 days old??? Went back to auto zone. battery tested fine/was ok. No low charge. This isn't the first time for problems with service. Love the Bettle setvyis a little shaky for me. More
