Great Experience Totally didn't intend to buy a New car the day I walked in. Yet I ended up walking out with a brand new, just delivered 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack Totally didn't intend to buy a New car the day I walked in. Yet I ended up walking out with a brand new, just delivered 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack Plus! JR Neilis was very nice and very efficient in getting me into the car. He worked hard to make a deal happen. JR made everything seem so effortless and painless, and was very respectful. Once JR was done with making the deal, he gave me to Steve K in the finance department. Steve was a great guy and very clear and concise with all the paperwork! It also helped that he was a Star Wars nerd as well! More

I was very indecisive and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. It took me 3 days to make a decision and John was right there everyday answering all of my questions through phone call or email. I also got a great offer on my trade in and was right where I wanted to be on the note. Adam and Lyndsay were also great. Thanks to you all for making this an easy car buying experience. The buying experience EVERYONE deserves!! My wife and I went into Tyson a few days after making contact with JR NEILIS, a sales manager there. We went into the day upside down on a 2016 Wrangl My wife and I went into Tyson a few days after making contact with JR NEILIS, a sales manager there. We went into the day upside down on a 2016 Wrangler Lease and wanted to plan for the near furniture in adding to our family, therefore, we wanted a vehicle with more space and more family-friendly. We ended up deciding on the 2018 Dodge Durango. There was ample work done behind the scenes on making the number word, from paying off the lease of the Wrangler and getting us into the vehicle we really wanted. JR was up front with us from the start and told us it could go in a direction we would not like but that they would do their best to get us to where we needed to be. After as short time, we were sitting down with JR as he explained the WHOLE picture with us and was extremely trasnparent in regards to all the numbers and how they effected one another. Negotiations ended with JR stating: "you tell me where I need to be to have your business." DEAL DONE. In conclusion, Tyson paid the Wrangler lease off and got into the Durango at a great price. IT DID NOT END THERE.... JR introduced us to the financial team Aaron Lang and Steve Klimara. Steve K took us from there and explained all the numbers to us. He did not push any further warrantees for the vehicle on us, RATHER, he explained how he was able to add road hazard coverage for $1/month for our new vehicle due to the refund owed from the prior dealership where we got the wrangler (ST.CHARLES CDJR-TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME- CAUTION!). Steve and the financial team did not have to make me aware of that refund but they took care of my wife and I with that refund. Steve K was personable and was timely with us once we got into his office. I have 0 complaint and/or concerns about TYSON MOTOR or the employees I worked with. LETS NOT FORGET THE GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THE HUGEEEEE INVENTORY AT THIS DEALERSHIP. It is a must-visit prior to deciding where you want to buy your new/used vehicle. You will not regret it. Just looking My husband and I went into Tyson one day just to have a look around and see what was out there. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walke My husband and I went into Tyson one day just to have a look around and see what was out there. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out with our brand new Jeep couldn't have been a better experience. Our salesman, Shawn, although fairly new at the dealer, was very knowledgeable. He walked around the lot with us showing us new and used vehicles, checking prices, explaining differences in vehicles and upgrades on the vehicles. He was never pushy and knew we were "just looking" yet was very patient. When we found a vehicle we liked it was a little out of our price range. Shawn showed us a vehicle very similar but more in our range so we wanted to see what our current vehicle could be traded in for...Needless to say we bought it that day. Got a great deal on the trade and great deal on the new vehicle. Thank you also to Aaron for making the deal possible and to Steve for making us laugh at the end of the day. More
