BEWARE!! YOU MAY BE RISKING YOUR SAFETY BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!!! I leased a brand new lemon, a.k.a. my Jeep Compass, in May of 2017. Fr BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!!! I leased a brand new lemon, a.k.a. my Jeep Compass, in May of 2017. From early on this vehicle has had so many issues with the suspension and transmission just to mention the larger issues. Now the car is back to violently jerks as I'm driving. I WAS NEARLY JERKED INTO AN INTERSECTION YESTERDAY. This is after a corporate programing "update" that had been ignored by the service staff for months. When you bring your car in for service they ignore what you say, pretend to work on your car, and treat you like you're nuts. Well, you know what, I have been nuts for putting up with this for so long. The general manager never called me back after the service manager Bill claims he was taking my name and number to him for him to call me yesterday. It seems he doesn't take direct phone calls from insignificant customers. Trust and believe they'll wish they had not ignored me if something happens to me or my family as a result of their negligence with this vehicle. I feel so disrespected. My safety, my time, and my money means nothing to this dealership. How would they feel if their child, or spouse, or parent was having the same experience somewhere else. Please do not risk your time, money, or possibly your safety at Tyson Motors of Shorewood. More
Awesome Experience Looked all over the east coast for a 2018 JK Wrangler, probably called around 20 dealers. No one could be up front on pricing, and so many people in sales play games. Tyson gave me their advertised price, and it was lower than any of the dealers I've looked. After dealing with all the sales at previous dealers I was skeptical. I also had to make the trip from DC to Illinois. I worked with Adam who's the manager. He kept in contact with me 2 weeks before I purchased the vehicle and still responded to my requests 2 weeks after to send paperwork requested by the MVA. Really cool person and easy to talk with. I just sent a text and got the paperwork 10 min later, and we're 800 miles apart! That's quicker than I get response to an email from a co-worker next to my office. That's insane customer service. All the employees were awesome. Very willing to show me how to use the car and soft top. Jason B. was my sales person and he always wanted to make sure I was comfortable, if I wanted anything... Probably 4-5 times! That guy is great. The pics of the car on the internet didn't look that great, but when I saw it in person I was blown away. Everything exceeded my expectations by far. If I get another CDJR vehicle, I wouldn't mind flying out to Tyson's and driving back 800 miles. I usually don't write reviews, but they definitely deserve my time. I went through so much to look for the car I want, and I think people would save so much time looking here first. There's a reason they have satisfaction awards..... not many dealers do by the way. They also had a driver pick me up from the airport. I couldn't ask for a better dealership to get my favorite car from. Thank you Adam, Jason, and Tyson Motor Corp! More

It would have been nice if the sales department and finance department were all on the same page when completing the deal, but JP made that a smooth process. I would recommend Tyson to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
