Not to mention his ability to relate to almost anyone that meets him. I only wish that all car sales people had his mind and manner. I am a customer who plans, researches, sets goals, etc, and am identified by car dealers as a "challenging customer." Well, Mike certainly overcame this "challenge" by a landslide! My specific criteria for trade-in value/loan payoff amount, used car purchasing price point, monthly payment range, and options on my new (used) car were ALL met! It is an absolutely wonderful feeling to drive off in a newer and nicer vehicle that I would have thought possible, knowing that my full, extended-warranty coverage, roadside hazard perks, AND oil changes with tire rotations are included in my monthly payment--the budget that I had set BEFORE visiting Tyson! Lindsay made sure that we chose the appropriate additional warranty coverage that would not be too much of a hit to my wallet, while ensuring bumper to bumper coverage for the foreseeable length of time that I would be driving this new car! In this day and age, it is a relief to feel so happy and relieved after buying a vehicle. I will recommend all my family and friends to visit Tyson Motor Corp and see what they can do for them! More

Amazing place Stopped in to check out a few vehicles and left with the SUV we've been looking a while for. Bill Wayteck casually approached us as we were looking. He didn't sprint over to us and feed us a bunch of premeditated lines you usually get from a salesman. We asked a few questions and he knew exactly what to recommend. He brought us to a vehicle that he thought we would like. Needless to say, we are now driving the vehicle he showed us. He didn't try to show us vehicles we weren't interested in. He was straight up with us, didn't sugar coat anything, and had a great personality. I would not buy a vehicle elsewhere before checking here again. More
Made deal over the phone! Excellent buying experince I live 3 hours from the dealership. As was the case with my 1st purchase of a 2015 over a year ago, I negotiated my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summ I live 3 hours from the dealership. As was the case with my 1st purchase of a 2015 over a year ago, I negotiated my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit over the phone with JR Neilis. I made an offer and after 2 conversations we had a deal. I traded a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for the 2017 Summit. JR gave me a trade in price over the phone that I agreed to. I had the exact numbers - the price, trade-in, tax, plate transfer, etc. when I arrived at the dealership, The car was clean and ready to go. Lindsay Lewis, the finance manager was also very good to work with. She was thorough and quick. Jim Kinney worked behind the scenes to get me a good price. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. This is the way a new car transaction should work. My expectation is that Tyson Motor and JR will be this responsive on my next purchase. More

Glad I bought my Charger RT here! I bought my first Dodge Charger RT in 2006 when they first came out, and was very impressed. My old 2006 Charger needed service a few months ago. I I bought my first Dodge Charger RT in 2006 when they first came out, and was very impressed. My old 2006 Charger needed service a few months ago. I took it to Tyson Motor. The Naperville dealer was just too high pressure sales when I wanted to look around new cars, and I never wanted to go back there. I had never been to Tyson Motor before. So, this was my first time at this dealership. I went in to pick-up my just serviced 2006 Charger RT. No one seemed to be interested in someone looking around for the Service department. However, Matt W apparently saw I needed help and that I was not just looking to buy a car. He helped me to the Service Dept to get my serviced car. I liked that! After I got my 2006 Charger RT parked, I came back in and asked Matt about new Charger RTs. He was very helpful! A few months went by, and now I was more serious, it was time to get a New Charger RT. I came in Tyson Motor dealership, and was glad to see the person that had been so helpful before. Matt W. would be my sales person again. Good thing so, far. I had a little trouble discussing prices with the dealership as, can be expected with any dealership but, not as bad as my previous experiences in Naperville. Overall, I am very happy I purchased my New Charger RT at Tyson Motor. I am very grateful to "Matt W." for his good nature, and overall knowledge about Charger RTs. Matt W made it happen!
