I purchased a Dodge Journey from Tyson. I was told that I get 3 free oil changes. I used one as I had a mechanic change my oil several times due to the dealership never having availability I was told that I get 3 free oil changes. I used one as I had a mechanic change my oil several times due to the dealership never having availability around my work schedule. When I tried to get my vehicle in for my second one, I was told the offer was no longer available. After waiting a day for someone to call me back, he stated it would cost me 89.00 for an oil change. No thanks. Maybe you shouldn’t offer an incentive to a customer purchasing a brand new vehicle from you only to have you lie about it. There’s also an issue with one of my USB ports, but I’m going to drive 45 minutes to have it serviced at a different Dodge dealership. More
