This dealership is a joke I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. Have had my car in SIX times for the same issue over the course of 8 months. No communication sk I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. Have had my car in SIX times for the same issue over the course of 8 months. I suppose they are just guessing and checking what the issue is at this point and I guess since I have a warranty and they aren't making money off me they could care less to find out the actual problem. Each and every individual has been professional, courteous and concerned about satisfying my needs. I especially want to point out my recent dealing with Ryan Joritz in Service. When I had problems with oil consumption in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee, he worked hard to resolve the problem. Tyson Service and Sales I've had great experiences with Tysons in Shorewood. I have a huge list of exceptional experiences with my sales guy Jason Beltran and the service ma I've had great experiences with Tysons in Shorewood. I have a huge list of exceptional experiences with my sales guy Jason Beltran and the service manager Joe. I have to compliment the Service dept (Joe) specifically for helping me with this. My daughter who is active military and is stationed states away from home stopped in for a surprise visit. She had the whole week to visit but had to go back the next Sunday. On Tuesday I noticed her car (2015 Patriot) had a minor shaking feel while stopped with car in gear. I called Tyson service and explained what was going on. The service person on the phone checked and they had no openings for two weeks because they were swamped. I told him the urgency and asked if there is anything they could do. He politely said I'll check with the manager. The manager Joe, got on the line personally and verified all that I had told him. Joe seemed to care and i believe Joe is a supporter of our military by how sympathetic he was to my issue. Joe said he would do everything he could. So I didn't hear from him again till Friday and totally had figured he forgot. I was wrong, he called me back two days later personally and said he had a cancelation and could squeeze me in sat morning. I brought it in Friday night and they had it ready to go before noon Saturday. You can't expect this kind of customer service anywhere but that's the service I received from Tyson. Unfortunately, we have had repeated trouble with our town and country I can't say enough about our experience with Ryan Joritz at Tyson of Shorewood. However, every single time we have needed to bring our van in to be assessed, Ryan has gone out of his way to listen to our concerns and address them in a timely manner. He answers our questions and is considerate of our frustration. I am very appreciative of great customer service, as it seems to be something of a lost practice in this day and age. More

What Service??? I bought my 2015 200S on a Saturday in August, 2014. Five [5] hours after I took possession, the air bag idiot light went on causing me to bring the c I bought my 2015 200S on a Saturday in August, 2014. Five [5] hours after I took possession, the air bag idiot light went on causing me to bring the car in that very next Monday morning for which I had to wait two [2] more days for them to get parts for the repair. Within the next month, the driver side front tire had a blow out--not the dealer's fault--that cost me over $200 to replace. Not off to a good start. When it came time for my first oil change, their "Express Lane" signage showed a 3-1/2 hour wait the first time I tried, and in the same week I attempted to get my oil changed again, and their "Express Lane" sign said it was a 2 hour wait. It wasn't even a weekend. Still haven't heard from MY sales guy since I purchased the vehicle. If he's not there any longer, you would think SOMEONE would have made one phone call to see if things were okay since I bought this car. I also made an inquiry about the Takata air bag issue to the service department, and they could not verify that this vehicle was or was not equipped with this product. Great service!? More

Experienced a mysterious - hard to troubleshoot issue with 2013 Grand C Repeat Customer of Tyson Motors (3rd Jeep) - Excellent Sales Team and Price. Experienced a mysterious - hard to troubleshoot issue with 2013 Grand Cherokee Limited still under Warranty related to (transmission/cold weather). The issue was finally resolved through the diligent efforts by Service Advisor (Danny Galvan) and Service Manager (Joe Prno). It took a few days - as the problem was intermittent - but the Tyson Service Team didn't give up and identified and repaired the issue. Great communication along the way. Highly recommend Tyson for Service and Sales across the board. Other Dealer's need to take lessons from Tyson Motors in Shorewood !! Thanks for the great job... More
