First Car Buying Experience Went Surprisingly Well John made my first dealership car purchase an exciting and informative experience. John was very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot, and made sure to follow up with timely answers to the few questions he did not know right off the bat. If I have family or friends who need a new vehicle, I would tell them to start with John. On the numbers side, Randy was also very helpful. He filled in to answer questions about my vehicle while the Sales member was occupied. He tuned his negotiation to his audience with me being a young adult (pushed the limit a time or two when discussing my personal budget, but not to the point where I felt disrespected). He drove a hard bargain, but in the end I think we arrived at a very fair price. More

So when my wife told be she had done some drive-by looking at some potential replacements for her rathe Hey, I LOVE car SHOPPING but HATE car BUYING. So when my wife told be she had done some drive-by looking at some potential replacements for her rather drab and aging minivan, and wanted me to go with her to try one or two of them out on the road, I said: 'Sure, but we are NOT ready to BUY. The first one we tried out was OK--neither one of us were thrilled, but it was OK. But that wasn't good enough for Rob--he asked us what would THRILL us, and then FOUND something that EXACTLY met our (long and eclectic) list. We drove it, and it was obvious that my wife WAS thrilled. Rob offered to help us look at several other possibilities, but there was no point--it was clearly what she wanted. I really REALLY wasn't ready to sign that day, but Rob made everything work out so well that we did anyway--and my wife has continued to be thrilled. I'm a happy man. THANKS ROB!!! More
