The Subaru Forester won in two ways -- the vehicle itself and the level of attention and service that we got from both sales people who helped us -- Rob Applegate and John Applen. While John advised us that we would have to review our vehicle owner's manual for all features of our new vehicle, he took the time needed to ensure that we understood what we needed to know to safely drive the vehicle away for the first time from the dealership.
